John Albright Re: Appreciation for the quality of our working relationship Dear John, I would like to take the opportunity to than PR Hoffman and all its employees for the assistance given to Sydor Optics during the years. We recently had Rod Murray and David Evans at our company to set-up a used 3100 we purchased at a machine auction. I would like to thank them both for their expertise and experience as well as the time they took to come here on short notice. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our regular contacts at PR Hoffman such as: Michelle Daigeun, Mark Lehman and Mark Godshall. They are all extremely helpful especially during the small emergencies that creep out of the woodwork such as urgent carrier orders, emergency repair parts delivery as well as technical support on machine problems. The 3100 Rod set-up for us is quite a remarkable machine. After our first run of test parts (non-production parts) to learn the machine we produced good, usable customer parts and made shipments to two customers within 2 days after the machine set-up. I am very impressed with the 3100 machine. We have run the machine 5 days so far with excellent results. Currently we have steady work for operating this machine for 3 days out of the week, every week. We want to thank you again for the level of service provided by PR Hoffman. We feel that it is substantially above the service given by many companies today. It is a pleasure working for such a company.
