At this year's SEMICON West we introduce a new product at the show (check this page 7/13 for details). We will also be available to discuss the "Touch Panel Display Controller" used on PR Hoffman's Line of three-way, precision-controlled  Lapping & Polishing Machines. These machines are capable of asymmetrical polishing & lapping processes to improve the flatness and thickness variation based on their design's unique freedom of motions associated with the double-sided planetary lapping and polishing machines in addition to symmetrical material removal. The P.R. Hoffman models 1500, 1900, 3100, and 5400 are especially suited to thin and fragile substrates. Our patented NEW MARK-IV Series is designed for very large size parts.
