The NEW Mark-IV 120/136ST will be the largest of the company's Servo_RS line, capable of lapping and polishing parts up to 30 inches in diameter (up to 21" x 21" square). The Company is now accepting new Mark-IV machine orders. The technologically advanced Mark-IV series joins our Servo_RS series which have the highest precision possible in a large double-sided planetary machines. These machines are especially suited to very large substrates from ~1mm through 65mm thick (with options for thicker parts if needed). They use servomotors to precisely and quietly drive the top and bottom plates and carrier rotation as well as precise, infinitely variable precise control of down force ranging from as little as 150 pounds to as much as 1 ton. These design features are combined with a new friendly user interface WindowsTM Touch-screen editor and a multi-step machine controller allow for flexible programming of speeds and pressure, optional thickness control, and crash protection.
