Case Study:
    The sample carriers represent a case where the capacity was quadrupled with the change from a 66 Tooth PR-1 to an 85 Tooth PR-1 model machine.

    In this example, our customer was currently processing 5 parts (one per carrier) per run as the part size was over 50% of the available carrier area. By changing to the new 85T model, the customer can now process 20 parts (four per carrier) in each run.

    The increase in part size also makes this new 85T model very attractive. Previously the only option would have been to go to a computer controlled three-way model at a higher cost when a larger two-way, PR-1 series machine was all that was required.
